WELCOME TO KOKOWHAI BAY GLAMPING

Admiralty Bay, Marlborough Sounds

Welcome to Kokowhai Bay Glamping; where elegance and generous hospitality meet the mountains and sea. Kokowhai is a peaceful haven situated in extensive grounds; the property is set on 170 hectares – this guarantees both solitude and adventure.

The Glamping Tent sleeps two and is perfect for honeymooners, tourists or Kiwis wanting a special trip away in their own back yard.

We have a private mooring that you are welcome to use if you would like to arrive by boat.

There are walking tracks around the property, including a waterfall trek, that can be utilised – pack a picnic lunch and take it with you! We offer a guided walk + packed picnic to the top of Turners Peak for an extra cost.

Our main dwelling is a short walk from the Glamping Tent, they are not visible to each other. The main dwelling is our home and is not open to guests – but of course we are always around for suggestions, queries, help and advice.

PLEASE NOTE: It is important to drive carefully and to the conditions. Much of the road is metal and can be bumpy especially after rough weather. The road in is not really suitable for low lying cars.

We have working mussel farms in the bay and boats moor up at the farm at night from time to time.
